These valuations were prepared for SIPP purposes, Lease extensions and Enfranchisement in accordance with the RICS Apraisal and Valuation Manual tenth edition july 2017 (amended january 2020). More recently, preparation of Schedules of Condition for a Party Wall Award were undertaken and agreed prior to demolition and redevelopment on the adjacent site.
