I prepare Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act valuations for Lease extensions and block of flats enfranchisement, where Leaseholders are intending to purchase a collective share in their Freehold. The methods of valuation are well established in accordance with the 1993 Act procedures.
I engage with the Valuation Office Agency over the new check and challenge procedures. The next rating revaluation has been postponed until april 2023, and will be based on values at april 2021.
