If you need to determine the market value of your property then it is important to have your property professionally valued. As an experienced valuation surveyor I provide professional valuations for all purposes and types of property. My valuations comply with the January 2020 edition of the RICS Valuation-Global Standards which govern the methods and guidelines for valuation practice; and is the recognised National benchmark incorporating the IVSC International Valuation Standards. My valuations will be based on market value as defined in the RICS "Red Book Global". Building Cost Reinstatement Valuations

I carry out building cost reinstatement valuations for residential and commercial properties, including property management portfolios. These comprise measured surveys for insurance purposes, mainly for blocks of flats and converted properties, including third party liabilities and other contingencies for comprehensive building insurance cover.

Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act Valuations

I prepare Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act valuations for Lease extensions and block of flats enfranchisement, where Leaseholders are intending to purchase a collective share in their Freehold. The methods of valuation are well established in accordance with the 1993 Act procedures.
